Field Sales Executive

About the role

Kabra Plastics Limited is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth in the manufacturing sector. You will work directly with customers across Kampala and surrounding areas, promoting our product range and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Visit existing and prospective customers regularly to understand needs and present product solutions.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking and market research.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production, logistics and other internal teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Track customer payments and manage outstanding accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, quotations and orders.
• Prepare regular sales and market reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products or construction materials.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong B2B selling and customer relationship management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the territory.
• Valid motorcycle driving permit and ability to ride a motorcycle.
