FMCG Marketing & Sales Manager

About the role

Lexwell Foods Ltd is hiring an FMCG Marketing & Sales Manager in Kampala, Kamwokya. The company wants someone with proven FMCG industry experience, established distribution channels and strong connections in the Ugandan market, rather than just academic qualifications. Candidates who can bring existing business relationships and deliver sales results will receive priority.

Required profile

• Solid experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food products, beverages, snacks or other fast-moving consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of the Kampala market and the wider Ugandan market.
• Established sales channels and professional business connections, including with FMCG distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, retail chains and major retailers.
• Proven ability to develop distribution networks and increase product sales.
• Experience of around 3 years (36 months).

• Strong negotiation, leadership and business development skills.
• Ability to build and grow distribution networks.
