About the role

Our client Pinnacle Partners is seeking a professional Field Sales Representative to join their sales team immediately. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, attracting new customers, retaining existing ones, and driving revenue through lead generation and deal closure.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate sales using various techniques and forecast sales performance.
  • Attract new clients by devising innovative strategies and sales processes.
  • Evaluate client needs and build long‑lasting relationships.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other sales reps to share best practices.
  • Research accounts and generate leads.
  • Attend sales events, meetings and training sessions.
  • Provide feedback to senior management using statistics.
  • Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Required profile

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Self‑motivated and result‑oriented.

Required skills

  • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
