Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative

About the role

Pinnacle Partners UG is looking for a motivated Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative to join its sales team in Kampala. You will develop and execute sales strategies, attract new customers, and retain existing accounts to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities using a variety of customer‑focused techniques.
• Forecast sales, devise innovative sales methodologies and assess their effectiveness.
• Attract new clients by creating and implementing fresh sales processes.
• Evaluate client needs, build long‑lasting relationships and meet individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with fellow sales reps to share best practices and improve techniques.
• Research accounts, generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Attend sales events, meetings and training sessions to stay updated on market developments.
• Provide senior management with performance feedback supported by statistics and reports.

Required profile

• BS/BA degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field (high school diploma with relevant experience also considered).
• Proven field sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
