Field Sales Representative – Kampala

About the role

This is a field‑based sales position focused on prospecting, promoting Peanova products and generating orders across Kampala and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will travel regularly, build a pipeline of new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels and wholesale outlets.
• Promote and sell Peanova products to new and existing clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide responsive customer service and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Collect market intelligence, including competitor pricing and customer feedback.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports.
• Represent the Peanova brand professionally in the market.

Required profile

• Minimum Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE); UACE or diploma is an advantage.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle; a valid riding permit is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Residence in or around Kisasi is advantageous.
