About the role

The Free Diver works below the water surface to inspect, repair, remove, or install equipment in aquatic environments. Reporting to the Dive Supervisor, the role is part of the Production division, Hardware and Expansion department. The diver must ensure equipment functionality and maintain safety standards during all underwater operations.

Key responsibilities

Inspect, check and repair nets and cages underwater.
Inspect underwater pipelines and assist in their installation.
Participate in the installation of underwater nets.
Help inspect, clean and repair pumps and valves beneath the water.
Collect mortalities and adhere to water health and safety guidelines.
Check and maintain diving equipment before each dive.

Required profile

Mentally stable and able to handle stress and pressure.
Good sensory stability and concentration.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Resilient and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

Diploma in Fisheries and Management Technologies.
Swimming and rescue skills.
Professional diving certification.
