Fulfillment Buyer – Procurement & Supply Chain

About the role

The Fulfillment Buyer will ensure that purchase orders are delivered on time, in full and to the required quality. Acting as the main link between suppliers and internal teams such as planning, warehouse and logistics, the role monitors production progress, manages shipment schedules and resolves delivery issues.

Key responsibilities

• Track end‑to‑end fulfillment of purchase orders, updating the ERP system with real‑time shipment information.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers to review production status, quality control and shipping plans.
• Identify and resolve delivery problems, including late shipments, quantity discrepancies and documentation errors.
• Coordinate with planning, warehouse and logistics to align material availability with production schedules and manage customs clearance.
• Monitor supplier performance KPIs (on‑time delivery, fill rate, lead‑time compliance) and prepare regular reports for management.
• Support supplier improvement initiatives through root‑cause analysis and corrective action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics with a focus on order fulfillment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers and orders in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of import and export processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems for order tracking and data entry.
