About the role
Busitema University offers Graduate Fellow positions for aspiring content developers. The fellowship provides a structured pathway to a Master’s or PhD program while delivering a monthly stipend. Fellows work full‑time under the supervision of academic staff and collaborate closely with students.
Required profile
- Junior Fellows must hold a First‑class or Upper‑Second‑class degree (or equivalent) and be eligible for a Master’s programme; Senior Fellows must hold a First‑class or Upper‑Second‑class degree with a good Master’s degree and be eligible for PhD training.
- Age must not exceed 35 years for Junior Fellows and 40 years for Senior Fellows at the application deadline; applicants must be available for full‑time engagement and cannot hold other full‑time employment.
What we offer
- Monthly stipend of UGX 1,000,000 for Junior Graduate Fellows (subject to Board revision).
- Monthly stipend of UGX 1,500,000 for Senior Graduate Fellows (subject to Board revision).
