Hotel Driver

About the role

The Hotel Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests to and from assigned destinations using the property vehicle. This full‑time position supports the overall guest experience by providing reliable, courteous, and professional transportation services.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests to/from designated locations and document each trip before and after completion.
• Park the vehicle in the assigned area when not in use.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure, fluid levels and refuel as needed.
• Notify maintenance staff of any vehicle issues and document any incidents or accidents.
• Follow all company policies, maintain a clean professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate clearly using pagers, two‑way radios, or email.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and navigating stairs or uneven surfaces as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to perform physical duties and follow safety procedures.
