Human Resource ESG Manager

About the role

The Human Resource ESG Manager is responsible for defining, driving, and monitoring the execution of the Group’s HR and ESG strategy within the assigned geographic area. This role aligns people strategy, culture transformation, workforce capability development, and responsible business practices with the Executive Committee’s directives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Group’s HR strategy locally, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management systems.
• Monitor local market trends and provide input for strategic adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
• Identify and mitigate HR compliance risks.
• Maintain HR records and documentation in line with governance standards.
• Lead or support internal and external HR audits.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
• Provide strategic advice to departmental leadership on HR and ESG matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management and ESG integration.
• Strong knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to align HR initiatives with broader sustainability and governance objectives.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
