About the role
The Hardware Sales Manager will drive the growth of hardware products across the Democratic Republic of the Congo and South Sudan. Based in Kamwokya, Uganda, the role involves frequent travel, market analysis, and achieving defined sales targets while supporting logistics for bonded‑warehouse shipments.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct business trips to the DRC and South Sudan to identify and acquire new clients.
- Analyse local market conditions and assess product demand.
- Assist in coordinating the shipping process from bonded warehouses.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed set targets.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide after‑sales support.
Required profile
- Proven experience working in South Sudan or the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
- Fluent in French and Swahili, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to apply multiple sales techniques and adapt to diverse market environments.
- Resilience under pressure and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
