IT Analyst & Engineering Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Manager of IT Analyst and Engineering to lead a cross‑functional team in a fast‑growing healthcare technology company. This remote position will oversee technical professionals, drive enterprise technology initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of business‑critical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~8 professionals including business analysts, QA specialists, reporting developers, and project/product support staff.
• Manage a portfolio of ~30 concurrent technology and business initiatives, coordinating system enhancements, software implementations, and ERP‑related projects.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to prioritize work, monitor timelines, risks, and progress, and communicate updates to leadership.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Partner with analytics, reporting, and data‑focused teams to support business objectives.
• Implement practical project‑management practices that drive results while maintaining flexibility.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing technical or engineering teams.
• Experience overseeing analysts, QA teams, reporting developers, or similar technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology projects and system implementations.
• Experience working with data, business intelligence, analytics, or technical analysis teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting business needs.
• Experience with ERP systems, enterprise applications, or large‑scale technology initiatives is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and certifications are not required.

• Salary range $105,000–$140,000 annually plus bonus potential up to 15%.
