IT Engineering Manager – Healthcare Tech (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Manager of Engineering to lead a cross‑functional team that supports enterprise technology initiatives and business‑critical projects for a rapidly growing healthcare technology organization. The role involves mentoring staff, improving processes, and delivering strategic technology solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of about eight professionals, including business analysts, QA specialists, reporting developers, and support staff.
• Manage a portfolio of roughly 30 concurrent technology and business initiatives.
• Coordinate enterprise system enhancements, software implementations, ERP‑related projects, and other strategic technology efforts.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to prioritize work and ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and overall progress while communicating updates to leadership.
• Partner with analytics, reporting, and data‑focused teams to support business objectives.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience managing technical or engineering teams.
• Experience overseeing analysts, QA teams, reporting developers, or similar technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology projects and system implementations.
• Experience working with data, business intelligence, analytics, or technical analysis teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, enterprise applications, or large‑scale technology initiatives is preferred.
