IT Engineering Manager – Remote (Healthcare Tech)

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing healthcare technology firm seeking a Manager of IT Analyst and Engineering to lead a cross‑functional team. This remote position (preferably Central Time Zone) oversees enterprise technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~8 professionals including analysts, QA specialists, reporting developers, and support staff.
• Manage a portfolio of ~30 concurrent technology and business initiatives, from ERP enhancements to software implementations.
• Coordinate enterprise system upgrades, prioritize work with stakeholders, and monitor timelines, risks, and progress.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Partner with analytics and data teams to support business objectives.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience managing technical or engineering teams.
• Experience overseeing analysts, QA, reporting developers, or similar technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology projects, system implementations, and large‑scale initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
