IT Intern – Hands‑On Technical Support

About the role

Join Pcmall Uganda’s IT Internship Program and gain hands‑on experience supporting real technology devices and customers. You will work alongside experienced professionals, tackling everyday technical challenges in a fast‑growing tech‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the technical operations team with basic troubleshooting and technical support.
• Set up laptops, install software, and configure devices for end‑users.
• Provide on‑site technical assistance to customers.
• Test and prepare devices (desktops, monitors, printers, networking equipment) before deployment.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher education.
• Strong interest in computers and technology.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
• Basic hands‑on experience with laptops or desktops is a plus.
