About the role
The IT Officer will ensure the smooth operation of the company's computer systems, hardware and network infrastructure while also creating marketing and communication materials. This hybrid role blends technical support with graphic design to support business operations and brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support and maintain computers, servers and network equipment.
- Design marketing collateral, social media graphics and communication assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Implement and monitor data security measures to protect company information.
- Assist with network administration and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in graphic design with proven proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data protection and network administration.
