About the role
Saferworld is seeking a Learning Adviser on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave. The role will support organisational learning, adaptive programming and knowledge use across programmes, policy, advocacy and advisory work.
Key responsibilities
- Lead efforts to strengthen organisational learning, reflection processes and decision‑making.
- Support teams and partners to generate, capture, analyse and apply learning from practice and evidence.
- Work closely with MEL colleagues to ensure evidence is translated into actionable insights and embedded into decision‑making.
Required profile
- Experienced professional in learning, knowledge management or related fields.
- Ability to foster a culture of critical reflection, collaboration and continuous improvement across programmes and partnerships.
