Logistics Operations Supervisor – Customs Brokerage

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead our Customs Brokerage team. In this role you will ensure the efficient, compliant and timely clearance of import and export shipments while maintaining high service standards for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Customs Brokerage Administrators, allocating work fairly and monitoring workloads.
• Supervise end‑to‑end customs clearance processes, including entry capture, declaration processing, documentation preparation and TMS updates.
• Validate customs entries and supporting documents for accuracy, compliance and quality before submission.
• Manage escalations, resolve queries from customs authorities and ensure adherence to URA lead times.
• Interpret and apply customs regulations, tariffs and trade requirements, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of import/export rules.
• Produce monthly and weekly reports tracking progress, performance and compliance with AEO KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customs brokerage or logistics operations supervision.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of local and international customs laws and trade compliance.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
