Marketing Executive – Brand & Communications

About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive awareness of the Engsol brand, promote its image, products and services, and support business growth in the mining, energy and metals sector.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the Engsol brand through low‑cost marketing strategies and corporate identity implementation.
• Launch products, run promotions and conduct ATL and BTL activities.
• Manage the Engsol customer‑loyalty programme and expand into new markets while keeping acquisition costs low.
• Coordinate internal marketing, culture initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Operationalise the company’s communication policy, create marketing collateral and publish newsletters.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and produce quarterly market reports.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 4 years) in marketing or communications.
• Ability to design and implement cost‑effective campaigns and manage brand projects.
• Strong analytical mindset for market intelligence and reporting.
• Good written communication skills for content creation and newsletters.
• Commitment to company values, health & safety standards and continuous self‑development.
