Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. You will plan, develop, and execute effective marketing strategies that align with our organisational objectives and shape the brand presence across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing strategies to meet business goals.
• Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts.
• Conduct and analyse market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing plans for new and existing products.
• Expand digital and social media marketing efforts.
• Track marketing project performance and optimise for results.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• Proven experience in developing and managing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Proficient in customer and market research analysis.
• Experience with marketing software and analytics tools.
