SEO Specialist – Drive Traffic & Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to develop strategies, techniques and tactics that increase website visitors, achieve high rankings on search‑engine results pages, and generate qualified leads for business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Program in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to ensure site accessibility, performance and visitor interaction.
• Run pay‑per‑click (PPC) campaigns to boost revenue through sponsored online advertising.
• Create original, audience‑focused content for web pages.
• Provide technical recommendations to developers and monitor search terms, rankings and analytics to improve performance.
• Engage in link‑building partnerships and employ UX and conversion‑rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into active users.
• Drive targeted traffic through community building, social‑media distribution and content‑marketing integration.
• Monitor search‑engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar SEO role within the market‑research industry.
• Strong personal online presence (e.g., blog, website, active social‑media profiles).
• Commitment to continuously update technical SEO knowledge.
• Inquisitive mindset about Google algorithms and ability to anticipate changes.
• Good understanding of search engines, social‑media platforms, PR and broader marketing context.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with HTML coding and preferably JavaScript, PHP and MySQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and basic web‑hosting knowledge.
