Marketing & Product Relations Officer

About the role

The Marketing & Product Relations Officer will join XenFi Systems in Kampala to drive marketing initiatives that promote our financial‑technology products. Working closely with product, finance and operations teams, you will translate product features and market insights into compelling messaging and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns supporting product launches.
• Create marketing collateral and coordinate brand communications.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback and product performance to inform strategy.
• Engage with partners, clients and stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
• Organise events, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Track and report on marketing metrics and product‑related outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate market data and product performance.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external engagement.
• Foundational finance knowledge to understand pricing and revenue models.
• Product management insight for positioning and lifecycle planning.
• Project management competence to deliver initiatives on schedule.
• Relevant experience in marketing, product relations or business development within technology or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance or a related field preferred.
