Matchday and Events Assistant – Casual Role

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Supporter Experience team on a casual basis, helping deliver a vibrant atmosphere for women’s and men’s fixtures and special activations at Emirates Stadium. The role involves supporting matchday production, operations and ensuring a positive experience for supporters and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support matchday in‑bowl production and delivery of the matchday show.
• Assist with internal and external activations on matchdays.
• Coordinate scheduling and work alongside various matchday teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the supporter experience.
• Contribute fresh ideas to shape key club moments for a global audience.
• Deliver best‑in‑class touchpoints for supporters and other groups.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow health & safety, safeguarding and other event protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees.

Required profile

• Track record in a similar hospitality and customer service role.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by matchdays.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Safety‑conscious mindset and ability to follow safeguarding procedures.
