About the role
Bodmando Consulting Group is seeking a dependable Office Assistant to support the daily operations of its Wakiso district office. The role involves providing general office assistance while keeping the workplace tidy, organised and welcoming for staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain offices, meeting rooms, kitchen areas and shared spaces, ensuring a tidy and hygienic environment.
- Welcome visitors, prepare meeting rooms and provide refreshments to create a professional atmosphere.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, printing and scanning of documents to support administrative workflows.
- Monitor office supplies, report items that need replenishing and help maintain adequate stock levels.
- Carry out routine office errands and perform other assigned support tasks as required.
Required profile
- Completed Senior Six (S6) with a valid S6 certificate.
- Organised, reliable and able to communicate professionally in a workplace setting.
