About the role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our metal fabrication workshop in Kampala. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and developing the workshop team.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise day‑to‑day operations of the fabrication workshop.
- Lead and monitor fabrication and installation projects from commencement to completion.
- Supervise, coach and develop workshop and installation staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in metal fabrication, engineering or construction.
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
