Panel Beating Specialist – Full‑time Auto Body Repair

About the role

Kelpesh Auto is seeking a dedicated Panel Beating Specialist to join its on‑site team in Kampala. The role involves repairing and restoring vehicle bodywork, ensuring each job meets the company’s high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage, remove and refit body parts, and reshape panels and frames.
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices to perform dent repair and surface preparation for painting.
• Provide accurate job estimations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with mechanics, painters, and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Technical certificate or diploma in automotive engineering, panel beating, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an auto‑body shop or garage, preferably in collision repair.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
