About the role
The Association is seeking a diligent part‑time Administrator to manage its financial and welfare records. You will ensure accurate tracking of savings, loans, expenses, and investments while providing timely administrative support to the Management Committee.
Key responsibilities
- Update and maintain members' savings, loan, expense, and welfare ledgers with supporting documentation.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to inform management decisions.
- Advise the Credit Committee on loan eligibility and monitor disbursements, repayments, arrears, and interest.
- Prepare basic financial summaries and reports as requested by management.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date investment portfolio and flag opportunities or risks.
- Support meetings by providing current records and highlighting any inconsistencies.
Required profile
- Born‑again Christian.
- Background in accounting or finance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Capable of working independently on a part‑time basis.
