About the role
Feyti is seeking a dedicated Pharmacovigilance Officer to join its Kampala office. You will play a key role in evaluating adverse event reports, ensuring safety reporting compliance, and supporting regulatory submissions across multiple African markets.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, assess, and manage adverse event reports in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Prepare and review pharmacovigilance documents, safety narratives, and risk management plans.
- Maintain and update safety databases using standard PV software tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
- Implement safety risk management strategies and monitor emerging safety signals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulatory environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
