About the role
The Process Artisan Mechanical will be based at the Rwenzori Plant in Kampala, supporting the Packaging team. Reporting directly to the Team Leader – Packaging, this role focuses on maintaining and optimising the reliability and performance of process equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise process equipment reliability and performance.
- Carry out effective preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical assets.
- Perform asset‑care activities and routine inspections.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and food‑safety standards.
Required profile
- Report directly to the Team Leader – Packaging.
