Product Manager – AI & IoT

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead AI‑driven IoT product development at Canonical. The role is remote, based in the EMEA time zone, and involves guiding the product lifecycle from concept to market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product development lifecycle, set priorities and goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and gather customer feedback.
• Communicate product vision, status updates and key decisions.
• Run usability testing, analyse feedback and iterate on the product.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies and create product documentation.
• Support the sales team in winning new opportunities and attend customer meetings.
• Oversee consistency across product lines and resolve cross‑team conflicts.

Required profile

• Exceptional academic results at high school and university.
• Understanding of Linux and the open‑source software community.
• Knowledge of computer architecture, application development, datacenters or cloud.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Curiosity, continuous learning habit and a strong sense of ownership.

Required skills

• Linux operating system.
