Product Marketing Officer

About the role

The Product Marketing Officer will lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies for EzyAgric’s digital solutions. Based on‑site in Uganda, the role bridges product, sales and field teams to drive adoption among farmers and agribusiness partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and define product positioning.
• Develop go‑to‑market plans and create marketing collateral.
• Coordinate multi‑channel campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product management, sales and village agents (DACs) to refine product offerings.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support field activities that promote EzyAgric services.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and product performance.
• Excellent communication skills for clear product messaging.
• Foundational finance knowledge for pricing and budgeting.
• Experience with product management and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, Communications or related field.
• Experience in agtech, agriculture or technology products is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Uganda and engage with farmers and agribusiness partners.
