Production Operations & Scheduling Manager

About the role

The Production Operations & Scheduling Manager owns the operational coordination of OCVIBE's Remote Operations Center (ROC), handling both crew/resource scheduling and technical content delivery for live events.

Key responsibilities

• Owns resource and crew planning across the ROC, assigning staff and contractors to events and shifts based on requirements, availability and budget.
• Maintains the master ROC event and production calendar, including load‑in/load‑out, rehearsals, activations and technical dependencies.
• Coordinates the operational pipeline for creative content delivery, managing intake timing, deployment schedules, technical routing and hand‑off to playback/display environments.
• Analyzes operational data such as utilization, contractor spend and scheduling efficiency to recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in production, media, business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in live entertainment, broadcast or production operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex production schedules, resources and contractors.

Required skills

• Media Asset Management systems and metadata handling.
• Media‑delivery software and codecs.
• Knowledge of Pixera or Disguise media servers.
• Familiarity with TouchDesigner, Notch and Unreal Engine platforms.
• Windows OS and advanced Excel proficiency.
