Project Inspection Coordinator

About the role

Keredo Services Limited, a contractor under Baltic Control, is looking for a detail‑oriented Project Inspection Coordinator. The role involves coordinating inspection activities, ensuring compliance with protocols, and maintaining accurate documentation across various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Share all project documents with the relevant inspectors.
• Review documents for completeness, including inspection location, procedures, supplier details, and other protocol requirements.
• Understand each project or purchase order, focusing on details required for different inspection types (sampling procedures, standards, moisture measurement methods, technical specifications).
• Coordinate project inspections and send timely reminders to inspectors for critical information.
• Support training of new inspectors on project‑specific requirements.
• Compile and draft inspection reports promptly and accurately.
• Share completed inspection reports and related documents with the Senior Project Coordinator.
• Verify information provided by inspectors for accuracy and completeness.
• Adhere strictly to inspection protocols when coordinating activities.
• Report all work performed to the Senior Project Coordinator and perform any other duties assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Food Science, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in inspection, quality control, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with inspection protocols and technical standards is desirable.
