About the role
Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s rights and gender equality. The Project Manager will lead the integrated Child Protection in Emergencies (CPiE) and Gender‑Based Violence in Emergencies (GBViE) programme, ensuring strategic and technical leadership to meet donor requirements and achieve project objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, implement, monitor and ensure the timely delivery of CPiE and GBViE activities across project locations.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership to meet quality standards, budgets, timelines and donor compliance.
- Lead the project team, translating objectives into detailed implementation plans and measurable deliverables.
- Oversee resources and budgets, manage risks and issues, and coordinate with stakeholders and partners.
- Ensure accurate reporting, compliance with safeguarding policies and adherence to organisational standards.
