Quality Assurance and Control Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance and Control Officer will ensure that all products and services meet the company’s high standards and comply with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with operational teams to embed quality, hygiene, and safety practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor quality assurance and control procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits and quality checks across operations.
• Identify quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records, reports and documentation.
• Monitor hygiene, food safety and health & safety standards where applicable.
• Train and guide staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Prepare regular quality assurance reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in hospitality, food service, manufacturing or a related industry.
• Good knowledge of quality management systems, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, communication, reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and conduct inspections objectively.
