Recreation Experience Expert

About the role

The Recreation Experience Expert serves as the primary point of contact for all guest recreation activities on the property. You will create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment across pools, beach areas, fitness centers, game rooms, and children’s activity zones.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guests with information about available recreation facilities and encourage participation.
• Register, schedule, and promote recreation programs, ensuring compliance with safety rules.
• Monitor activities, respond to emergencies, and assist injured guests until medical help arrives.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process equipment rentals, and manage facility rentals.
• Support private events and group activities within recreation areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and supplies.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Deliver courteous guest service, answer phones professionally, and uphold company policies.

Required profile

• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a hospitality environment.
• Strong physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Professional appearance, confidentiality, and commitment to safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
