Regional Fashion Retail Manager

About the role

The Regional Fashion Retail Manager will lead all store operations across Uganda and Rwanda, reporting to the Head of Retail. The role ensures commercial success, operational efficiency, and brand consistency while travelling regularly between the two markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive regional revenue and profitability by meeting retail KPIs such as conversion, basket size and MSI.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Provide market insights, coordinate country‑specific marketing campaigns and manage relationships with media, community partners and influencers.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with landlords, suppliers, logistics providers and regulators, representing the client in business forums.
• Lead, coach and mentor Store Managers, create staffing plans, allocate resources and oversee performance management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of senior‑level experience in fashion retail or related commercial management.
• Willingness to relocate from Kenya to Uganda and travel frequently to Rwanda.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi‑store operations.
