Regional Sales Manager – West

About the role

Air & Gas Solutions is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in the Western region. You will be responsible for driving business development, managing a regional sales team, and representing the company at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet product sales targets in line with Group standards.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and supporting the NPS process.
• Prepare business development reports, conduct market analysis, and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Control expenses while maximizing assets, time, and profit.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences, traveling as needed.
• Define mission and targets for the regional sales team, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
• Implement growth initiatives using CRM, pipeline management, and joint customer visits.
• Prepare regular activity, performance, and market feedback reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience with territory management, preferably in the compressed air sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or marketing; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven leadership abilities and a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work safely and collaboratively.
