Sales Agent – Financial Services

About the role

Prudential Assurance Uganda Ltd is looking for ambitious, self‑driven individuals to join the team as Sales Agents. You will promote a range of financial and insurance products, build relationships with customers, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to sell Prudential financial services.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and performance incentives.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in local and international travel opportunities as required.
• Attend training sessions and mentorship programs to continuously improve product knowledge.
