About the role
The Sales Agent will work full‑time on‑site in Kampala for an insurance agency. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, presenting services to prospective clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Present agency services to prospective clients and deliver sales pitches.
- Negotiate contracts and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs and track sales performance.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales and insurance‑related knowledge.
- Training skills to support client onboarding.
- Experience in advertising, marketing or business development is beneficial.
- Ability to work on‑site in Kampala, manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
