Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

This full-time Sales and Marketing Executive role is based in Kampala with a hybrid arrangement, combining on‑site work and some work‑from‑home flexibility. You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage existing client relationships and achieve agreed sales targets. You will also support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, prepare sales proposals and take part in client meetings and presentations.

Required profile

• Strong market planning and marketing abilities with experience executing campaigns.
• Proficiency in market research to analyse trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Proven sales skills including prospecting, negotiation and closing deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client interactions and internal collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
