Sales Associate – Advertising & Recruitment

About the role

The Sales Associate will work on‑site in Kampala, representing 24/7 Advertising Solutions to prospective and existing clients. You will promote the agency’s recruitment and advertising services, helping businesses choose the right solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales leads.
• Conduct client meetings and phone calls to present services.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and follow up on inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction and work toward meeting individual and team sales targets.
• Represent the agency professionally in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated sales and customer‑service abilities, including prospecting, negotiation and follow‑up.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing or advertising concepts and an interest in recruitment solutions.
• Ability to organise tasks, manage time effectively and use standard office and CRM software.
• Previous sales experience (at least one month).
• Certificate, diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Kampala and in a team‑oriented environment.
• Professional work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn.
