Sales Associate – Insurance Agency

About the role

The Insurance Agency is looking for a proactive Sales Associate to join its Sales and Marketing team. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the agency’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance market.
• Manage a sales pipeline, schedule client meetings and calls, and prepare quotations and presentations.
• Coordinate with creative, account, and marketing teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated.
• Track sales performance, generate regular reports, and support the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
• Good understanding of advertising and marketing concepts, including digital and traditional media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Organised, able to manage multiple leads, meet deadlines and keep accurate records.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with creative and account teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales, business development or account management – preferably in advertising, marketing or a related field.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software.
• Ability to create presentations using standard presentation tools.
