Sales Associate – Recruitment & Advertising Services

About the role

The Sales Associate will work on‑site in Kampala, representing an insurance agency that offers recruitment and advertising solutions. You will engage both prospective and existing clients, helping them choose services that fit their business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales leads.
• Conduct client meetings, calls, and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain accurate sales records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction and work toward meeting individual and team sales targets.
• Represent the agency professionally and build long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven sales and customer‑service experience, including prospecting, negotiation and follow‑up.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of marketing or advertising concepts and an interest in recruitment solutions.
• Organizational skills, time‑management and comfort using common office and CRM tools.
• Previous sales experience; a certificate, diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kampala and thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
• Professional work ethic, reliability and a drive to meet performance goals.
