About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant – MG to join Al-mansour Automotive in Kampala. The role focuses on driving retail sales of MG vehicles, building lasting customer relationships and leading a small team of sales advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract new customers through referrals and recommendations.
- Enter and maintain customer data in the CRM system to support retention and business development.
- Sell standard MG products and services while supervising a team of sales advisors.
- Handle escalations, provide necessary approvals, and ensure smooth processing of custom orders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- 3‑5 years of proven experience in retail sales or a similar sales‑focused role.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong business insight and customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and continuously improve work processes.
