Territory Sales Representative – Entebbe

About the role

The Territory Sales Representative will lead the development and growth of profitable new business in Entebbe, building and maintaining key customer relationships for RamcoGas. The role involves face‑to‑face interaction with prospective and existing customers, promoting LPG products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to create and execute a sales plan that meets monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities across the LPG product portfolio.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms and close deals with key decision‑makers.
• Maintain regular communication on sales progress, update the sales funnel and report key performance indicators.
• Ensure product availability, manage stock levels and coordinate deliveries to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Educated to a Decree level or equivalent with knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
• Proven experience in sales, including making presentations and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and planning abilities.
