Sales Executive – Automotive

About the role

Kheri Group Limited is looking for a dynamic, target‑oriented Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales in Kampala. You will be responsible for converting qualified prospects, expanding the client base, and building long‑term relationships with both corporate and individual customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end vehicle sales to meet and exceed aggressive revenue targets.
• Prospect, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads into active buyers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, walkthroughs, and test drives highlighting key specifications and value propositions.
• Present financing options and aftermarket services where applicable.
• Maintain strong relationships with retail customers, fleet owners, and corporate clients throughout the sales journey.
• Log all inquiries, leads, and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Digital Operations team to follow up on digitally generated leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitor inventory, pricing, and customer demand to position offerings competitively.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in car sales (mandatory).
• Mid‑level commercial sales background.
• Strong negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM database to track leads and customers.
