Sales Executive – Luweero Town Residents Required

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our advertising agency in Kampala. The position is full‑time and on‑site, and candidates must reside in Luweero Town or nearby areas. You will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the advertising and marketing sector.
• Present agency services, develop tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Conduct market research and prepare regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing and new clients.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in advertising or marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Residence in Luweero Town and willingness to work on‑site in Kampala.
