Sales Executive – Partner Acquisition

About the role
As a Sales Executive at Glovo, you will join a fast‑growing multi‑category platform and help local stores and brands gain visibility on our marketplace. You will work within a cross‑functional team to drive partner acquisition and ensure successful onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle – from lead qualification, pitching and negotiation to deal submission, onboarding and early performance monitoring.
- Identify and negotiate visibility assets that match partner needs and city dynamics.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Prioritise and manage a high‑quality sales pipeline to ensure reliable forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content, Operations, Finance) to resolve onboarding issues.
- Track early partner activity and intervene when performance metrics fall short.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development or a related commercial role (internships included).
- Strong drive, resilience and a proactive “make it happen” attitude.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in previous positions.
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
