Sales Marketing Executive

About the role

The Insurance Agency is seeking a full‑time Sales Marketing Executive to work on‑site in Kampala. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing client relationships, and promoting the agency’s services to both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
• Prepare sales pitches, proposals and follow up on inquiries to close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular sales activity reports.
• Support brand‑building initiatives and represent the agency at events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in advertising or related services.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kampala, manage multiple priorities and meet targets.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Market planning and campaign design skills.
• Market research and competitor analysis abilities.
• Sales skills including opportunity identification, negotiation and deal closure.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Proficiency with common office and digital marketing tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
